LA VULCANISATION \u00c0 LA R\u00c9TICULATION<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le processus de r\u00e9ticulation de mat\u00e9riaux synth\u00e9tiques ressemble \u00e0 la vulcanisation du DE FAISCEAUX D&#8217;\u00c9LECTRONS (CROSS-LINKING)<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les mat\u00e9riaux thermoplastiques sont compos\u00e9s de mol\u00e9cules longues et fines dispos\u00e9es dans un ordre al\u00e9atoire.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La r\u00e9sistance de ces mat\u00e9riaux d\u00e9pend\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De la distance entre les mol\u00e9cules<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Des liaisons entre les cha\u00eenes de mol\u00e9cules<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De la structure cristalline des mol\u00e9cules<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De la force d\u2019attraction entre les mol\u00e9cules (en cas de mat\u00e9riaux polaris\u00e9s)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les diff\u00e9rentes cha\u00eenes de polym\u00e8res \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur d&#8217;un mat\u00e9riau thermoplastique non r\u00e9ticul\u00e9 ressemblent \u00e0 un plat de spaghettis\u00a0: l\u2019adh\u00e9rence entre une ficelle et l\u2019autre est la seule force qui les maintient agr\u00e9g\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u00e8s que le mat\u00e9riau est chauff\u00e9, cette simple liaison d&#8217;adh\u00e9rence dispara\u00eet et les mol\u00e9cules sont libres de glisser les unes sur les autres, ce qui entra\u00eene une fusion du mat\u00e9riau (un peu comme si de l&#8217;huile \u00e9tait ajout\u00e9e au plat de spaghettis\u00a0!).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lorsque le mat\u00e9riau se refroidit, les liaisons se reforment, \u00e9tablissant une nouvelle structure.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avec l&#8217;irradiation par faisceaux d&#8217;\u00e9lectrons, on peut modifier la structure cristalline des cha\u00eenes de polym\u00e8res, en la transformant de
