Adhesive Tapes for Electric Machines

 

The live parts of motor, generator and transformer windings often need to be protected by the addition of insulating material.
This can be achieved by using dielectric adhesive tapes that also allow to the cables or thermal protectors to be secured.
The adhesive materials used must be suitable for the temperatures reached during the normal operation of the equipment.
Miotti offers only high quality tapes that are specifically designed for use in electrical machines.

• Adhesive tape PT.25, polyester and non-woven fabric, class B (130°C)
• Adhesive tape PR.25, glass fibre-reinforced polyester, class B (130°C)
• Adhesive tape PX.50, NOMEX polyester, class F (155°C)
