RADOX® UL 3266 connection cables

RADOX® UL 3266 cables are single-core power and signal cables for coil winding applications.
The cross-linking radiation process allows the cables to be insulated and ensures excellent temperature resistance. In fact, the insulation does not melt and the cables have excellent mechanical and insulating properties even up to 250°. Therefore, when the material is cross-linked it will no longer melt, even at high temperatures.

RADOX® UL 3266 cables are produced with a semi-concentric braid. This solution offers several advantages over cheaper solutions:

• Cables are easier to strip and rework, which allows them to keep their shape perfectly, even with lengths of only 50 mm
• Better insulation (perforation tension)
• Consistent shape of outer layer
• Easy set-up for wire stripping machines

PROPERTIES of RADOX® UL 3266 CABLES

Operating temperature ranges from -40° to +125°, so they have excellent resistance to high and low temperatures.
The cables are also resistant to ozone, weathering and are flame retardant.
The RADOX® UL 3266 cable is suitable for tinning, is flexible, easy to strip and process, and is compatible with all common resins and varnishes.

APPLICATION:

The applications of RADOX® UL 3266 cables range from protected and fixed installation inside electrical equipment, to connection of motor windings, electrical panels, magnets and transformers.
